The HPE Networking Instant On AP21 features Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) which allows it to handle multiple Wi-Fi 6 capable clients on each channel simultaneously. This improves efficiency by boosting overall capacity and reducing latency. Target Wake Time (TWT) is ideal for IoT devices that communicate infrequently, as it establishes a schedule for when clients need to communicate with an AP. This reduces power consumption and can extend the battery life of clients. Multiple Input, Multiple Output (MIMO) allows the access point to serve multiple clients (Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 6) simultaneously.
