FAQs

When you place an order before 1pm it usually gets processed the same day and delivered within 2-4 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Regardless of the quantity or weight of the order, our delivery charges are €6.99 (Inc. VAT) per order.

What's the duration of delivery?

The product will be delivered within 2-4 working days, but some deliveries may take longer. Deliveries take place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

If I'm not home when a delivery attempt is made, what will happen?

Our delivery personnel will make another attempt to deliver your order. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, your order could be sent back to our warehouse.

Shipping to a business address?

If you're using a business address, please note that our couriers might not be able to have the original purchaser sign for the package. The parcel could be left in the post room or reception area, where the courier will collect a signature for your order. To prevent any misunderstandings, please ensure that delivery to your workplace is arranged only after you have verified that this procedure is acceptable. Neither we nor our chosen couriers are liable for any loss or damage after your order has been delivered.

Items damaged or missing during delivery?

If your order has damaged goods or missing items, please email us as soon as possible at info@infinitefix.ie with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Explain the problem with the order, including some photos.
  • Product SKU or Product code

Where do you provide delivery services?
InfiniteFix ships to all 26 Counties in the Republic of Ireland only.

Who is authorised to sign for the package?

Anyone present at the delivery location can sign for the package. We take responsibility for the package until a signature is obtained at the delivery location. You're not able to request that only you be the one to sign for the package. If the delivery is to a workplace, we would recommend letting the reception or the person who typically receives your deliveries know that you have a package on the way.
